TCX500 Tire Changer
Enhanced Conventional Swing-Arm Tire Changer
Built for heavy use, this superior quality swing-arm tire changer is designed to easily service low-profile and run-flat tires mounted on large, custom alloy wheels up to 26 inches* The TCX500 provides quick service of steel wheels, and its familiar design and conventional operation speed orientation and use.
Swing-Arm Column Design
- Traditional design uses simple mechanical operation.
- Column height and distance from table are capable of handling large sport utility vehicle and light-truck off-road tires.

TCX500 Standard Features
- Tabletop clamping system easily and safely handles 11 to 22-inch wheels with standard outside clamping accessories. Larger 26-inch capacity clamping jaws are available as an option.
- Tabletop design allows convenient bottom bead access while ensuring rigidity for larger diameter wheels.
- Four self-centering clamps are actuated by twin heavy-duty corrosion-proof cylinders driving heavy-duty linkage.
- Clamp slides and turntable are nickel-plated to provide long life and corrosion resistance.

Side-Mounted Bead Loosener
Three-way adjustable shovel angle and enlarged wheel pad enable a wide range of custom applications. Shovel wheel protectors are standard.

TCX500 Optional Accessories
- Mechanical Bead Press Roller
 - For mounting the upper bead on stiff, low-profile tires. Pushes the upper bead of the tire below the right-hand side of the mount head and holds the tire in the proper position during mounting.
- 4-inch External Clamping Jaw Extensions
 - Increase clamping capacity to 26-inch wheel diameter.
Optional Bead Press System (BPS) for TCX500
Optional Bead Press System speeds and eases clamping, lubricating, demounting and mounting the toughest wheel and tire combinations.
Patented design uniquely locates the pressing forces over the center of the wheel and tire to ensure maximum service strength and rigidity.
