Enhanced Conventional Swing-Arm Tire Changer

Built for heavy use, this superior quality swing-arm tire changer is designed to easily service low-profile and run-flat tires mounted on large, custom alloy wheels up to 26 inches* The TCX500 provides quick service of steel wheels, and its familiar design and conventional operation speed orientation and use.

Automatic Tilt-Column

The TCX525 tire changer features a pneumatically operated, pedal-controlled tilt-back post to demount and mount passenger-car, motorcycle and lighttruck wheels. Services rim diameters from 11 to 24 inches and tire widths up to 330 mm (13 in.). Strong, versatile, extremely practical and fast to use, the TCX525 offers great performance and maximum reliability.

Enhanced Clamping Table Handles Oversize Wheels

• Tabletop clamping system easily handles 12 to 28-inch wheels safely with standard outside clamping accessories.
• Four self-centering clamps are actuated by twin heavy-duty corrosion-proof cylinders driving heavy-duty linkage.
• Chuck slides and turntable are nickel-plated to provide long life and corrosion resistance.

The Bead Press System speeds and eases clamping, lubricating, demounting and mounting the toughest wheel and tire combinations up to 28 inches in diameter. Patented design uniquely locates the pressing forces over the center of the wheel and tire to ensure maximum service strength and rigidity.
